The oceans have always played a significant role in my life. Either being on the sea or contemplating it from land. I never tire of its wonderful contradictions—wild and calm, dangerous and beautiful. I do love, however, going out almost anywhere to paint and am very content creating in my studio. Art is a continuing journey and I try to learn from the bumps in the ride.
